As a PCOS girly losing weight has been frustrating because although I eat well 90% of the time and get between 8-10k steps in each day I couldn't seem to get lower than 14st9lbs and stayed like this for 2 weeks! I had been taking Berberine but still couldn't seem to shift this weight. But I said I'm not going to give up. These were suggested over Tik Tok and I honestly thought they wouldn't do nothing but at this point what do I have to lose?They arrived last Monday and I took x2 at least half an hour before I break my fast at 11am and x2 half an hour before dinner. I order these pill on the 9/11 received them on the 11/09 started taking them as soon as I got them, it’s now 30/11 and my period started this morning I’m excited never thought I would be at the thought of having a period but I am, I have pcos so my periods are verry irregular to non exit I was on progesterone but they made my breast hurt so bad along with backI saw these and the review was positive I thought let me give them a go I can’t say i followed the instructions on the bottle and I mostly took 2 at a time and not 4 ,some days I would forgot to take them but last week I was getting these bubbling in my lower abdomen I use to get this when I was younger just before my period and behold my period had started.Deffo worth the money and would recommendI have no side affect taking these, pill are a bit big but it’s fine.  Effective supplement

I was skeptical when I was first recommended this by my gynecologist but after 3 weeks, I'm noticing the benefits on my PCOS. For the first couple of days, I did experience some cramping but that's gone and hasn't come back. Before taking this, I hadn't been getting my period for months, but after 2 weeks, it came back. It's early days so I'm yet to see how this plays out in the long run but I'm happy with the product so far. Got pregnant after over 2 years of ttc

I've been off contraception since Sept 2021 and ttc. I have PCOS, so irregular cyles and have never seen a positive ovulation test. So this year, April 2024 I thought I'd try maca root and myo inositol after hearing it can help. Took this from day 1 of my cycle at the end of April and experienced my first positive ovulation test! And then two weeks later, June 2024 I tested positive on a pregnancy test for the first time ever. I could not believe it and wish I tried it out sooner. Again, I don't know if it was because of this product, but it was the first time I ever used a supplement like this and my first ever positive ovulation test. I have had 3 private cycles of ovulation induction with clomid and they all didn't work. I have also been working on my physical health and losing weight since December 2023. Starting ovulating again after 3 weeks!

Having not had a period for 7 months and all investigations/scans/tests coming back normal, I was waiting for a referral to the fertility clinic. After some research I found these so started taking 3 weeks ago and I’ve starting ovulating again!! Have been testing with the test strips, but had a sneaky feeling when I woke up with some symptoms.
