Having tried many probiotics that didn't deliver, I was sceptical at first that this would, too! Well, after two weeks, my digestion was noticeably calmer. Less bloating, less discomfort, feels more settled each day. Nice packaging too.

I take two of these with my breakfast each morning to help with bloating and digestion. I have found that do they help. The capsules are easy to swallow and contain good ingredients. Handy pack that is easy to open and seal. I would recommend.

As someone who knows the value of taking a daily probiotic, and couldn’t be without, I can recommend this supplement for its ability to keep me regular and totally eliminate bloating, thanks to the inclusion of peppermint and fennel seeds. It’s gentle but effective. No aftertaste. The daily dose is two capsules which I take with breakfast. I do eat a healthy diet but am still prone to occasional constipation, but have enjoyed effortlessly regular daily movements while taking this 😊

These probiotics are so mild that if I had not noticed small differences then I would not have thought that I was taking probiotics at all. This is the first time that I have had this experience. The capsules are really quite small, nearly half the size of the typically huge capsules that I have previously come across. As a result, these are very easy to swallow. They are clear, and the beige/brown granules can be seen. There is no taste, and no aftertaste. So far, I have not experienced any bad effects, and I have been taking them for a few days now. Speaking of the mild effects: their effect is very gentle. If you are expecting dramatic effects from the first day then you will be disappointed. Nothing noticeable happens until Day 2. Also, this brand seems to work through an increase in water release, rather than the usual way (bowel movement). It definitely regularises things, and reduces bloat, but slowly and gently, which I suppose is more desirable.

I have quite severe IBS along with many other medical problems revolving around the gut. These are one of the few pills I found that actually keep me regular and really really help with my overall body appearance as well as weight management. I would definitely use these again and feel that they are definitely worth the price.

I have been taking these for a short time and they have been gentle on my stomach which is the main thing I look for with probiotics. I have noticed I feel less heavy after meals and they have not caused any irritation. There is also prebiotic fibre included which helps support the good bacteria without overwhelming the system. The capsules are vegan and free from dairy gluten and artificial additives which makes them easy to fit into my routine. At this stage I am judging them on how they feel day to day and on that front they are very good. They are simple to take and have helped me feel more comfortable after eating.

Picked this up for bloating and it’s been solid so far. Easy to take and I feel better after meals. Happy with it.
